Our team
At 24/Three, we understand the importance of a positive office culture. We are a proudly diverse team, committed to fostering an inclusive, sustainable, and enjoyable working environment.
-
Sheleendra Fernando
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Shelly brings energy, passion, and a wealth of industry connections to 24/Three. He loves to cook, whilst indulging on an unhealthy obsession with Kentucky Fried Chicken every now and then.
-
Leah Bingham-Frost
ASSOCIATE ARCHITECT
Leah is a stickler for quality assurance, helping set the high standards we work to across the practice. She has a house plant obsession, which she has now extended into the office.
-
James Morris
ASSOCIATE ARCHITECT
James leads tender submissions and champions design quality. He enjoys a morning run or getting (overly) competitive at sporting events.
-
Danielle Wells
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Danni ensures that the offices, and practice as a whole, are run smoothly. She is forever cold, never without a hot water bottle, and she will have salad cream with every meal given the chance.
-
Matt Sharp
SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN
Matt uses his technical expertise to ensure projects run smoothly on site. At home, he is known to sneak off into the garage to continue the never-ending restoration of a 1975 1303 VW Beetle.
-
Mark Branch
ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
Mark is our BIM manager and ArchiCAD guru. He clings onto his enthusiasm for sport and competition by playing golf and football every week (well, trying to).
-
Rachel Mathewson
PROJECT ARCHITECT
Rachel’s extensive experience allows her to work on a variety of projects of varying scales. She is a keen rower and can be found on the water when not at her desk.
-
Benjie Nijar
ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
Benjie is one of the OGs of 24/Three, bringing his technical expertise to every project. He is always amusing us with his random stories in the office, and rarely without a coffee in hand.
-
Kaissa Tait
PROJECT ARCHITECT
Kaissa’s strong organisational skills enable her to run large projects with ease. She often takes trips in her campervan with her dog Nutella, named so because of her love for the spread.
-
Lorna Hutchinson
ARCHITECT
Lorna is a super efficient and effective designer, pulling together fully realised concepts in a few days. Her love for music is proven by the number of festivals she attends each summer.
-
Mark Croker
MASTERPLANNING ARCHITECT
Mark is our expert masterplanner with a background in the developer world. His love of motorsport keeps him occupied, and walking the spaniels gets him out of the house come rain or shine.
-
Julia Radka
ARCHITECT
Julia has a background in construction management giving her the edge over other architects. She experiments in the kitchen with inventive recipes, combining the many cultures of her household.
-
Shane Davies
ARCHITECT
Shane’s experience across all RIBA stages allows him to slot into any project from concept to construction. When not watching the football, he spends his spare time designing and drawing tattoo illustrations for friends.
-
Winnie Ho
ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
Winnie’s technical experience allows her to jump on any project and get stuck in. With a love for travelling, she captures the essence of diverse cultures through her videography.
-
Philippa Davies
SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT
Philippa employs her meticulous attention to detail across all stages of our projects. She goes to tap dance classes as a distraction from her Part 3 coursework.
-
Hannah Harvey
SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT
Hannah is a quick learner and competent designer, able to work on a variety of projects across the practice. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, trying out new restaurants and different cuisines when she can.
-
Kashish Pal
ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT
Kash knows all when it comes to feasibility and developer layouts, with a keen eye for detail and perfection. She has a collection of found rocks at home that she has built up over a number of years.
-
Bethany Fear
ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT
Bethany has an excellent graphical eye and produces the most beautiful architectural imagery. She has a growing Jellycat collection at home, which she regularly spends her pay check on.
-
Colonel Fernando
DIRECTOR OF PAWSITIVITY
Colonel supports the team by providing cuddles when required. Unfortunately, napping and dieting are his biggest weaknesses.
-
Bella Bingham-Frost
CUDDLE & WELLNESS EXECUTIVE
Bella is an expert snuggler as her title suggests, with the warmth of a hot water bottle. When she’s not a lap dog, she’ll be in her basket ‘nooking’ on her favourite toy.
-
Ralphie Branch
HEAD OF SECURITY & SNIFFING OPERATIONS
Ralphie keeps the team at ease by conducting his routine 'security strolls' around the office, sniffing out anything that may seem ‘unusual' and casting his eyes out of the window to catch any peculiar goings on.
