Keepmoat Homes engaged 24/Three to reimagine a site in Mansfield, originally approved for 183 homes under a different developer. Tasked with creating a new masterplan that integrated Keepmoat’s signature house types, we preserved key characteristics of the previously approved scheme while emphasizing pedestrian-friendly routes and green corridors. Despite the fast-paced timeline, we collaborated closely with the client to meet all project milestones. 

Following the submission of the planning application, we seamlessly transitioned to developing the technical drawing package, and are continuing to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.We are excited to continue our collaboration with Keepmoat Homes as the project progresses and look forward to bringing the vision to life, ensuring a successful and vibrant new community in Mansfield.
