Keepmoat Homes engaged 24/Three to provide technical expertise on Phase 4 of their Waterside development in Leicester. Situated on Frog Island within a scenic river basin, this landmark project consists of 288 contemporary homes and apartments, creating a vibrant new community at the river and canal hub on the north side of the city. Its proximity to Leicester’s thriving city centre allows for increased housing density, while thoughtfully designed open spaces along the waterways provide residents with a unique and attractive living environment, offering both urban convenience and natural beauty.
