Darwin Green

Darwin Green is an ambitious new development just 2 miles from Cambridge city centre, featuring 1,593 homes alongside extensive green spaces, a primary school, supermarket, library, and sports facilities for the local community.

24/Three was appointed to undertake the technical design for Phase 3 of the project, encompassing 210 homes, including three apartment blocks. Our team delivered detailed and high-quality designs, ensuring that each home reflects modern, tasteful architecture while meeting Cambridge's exacting standards. Throughout the process, 24/Three focused on ensuring deliverability on site by proactively identifying potential issues and providing clear pathways forward, facilitating a smooth construction process.
