Manor Grange

24/Three worked closely with Keepmoat Homes on the exciting third and final phase of the Manor Grange development in Peterborough. This phase will bring 110 new homes to life across a 2.5-hectare site located in the northern edge of the city suburbs. The development offers a diverse mix of terraced, semi-detached, and detached homes, including 47 two-bedroom, 54 three-bedroom, and 9 four-bedroom properties. 

The site has been thoughtfully designed to provide ample space, with two parking spaces allocated per home and an additional 19 visitor spaces throughout the development. We were delighted to contribute to this project by developing the masterplan site layout and producing the detailed technical house type design pack, paving the way for construction to begin.
