24/Three had the privilege of collaborating with Woodall Homes on an exclusive development of 18 luxury properties in the sought-after Normanhurst Park, right in the heart of Darley Dale. These homes were meticulously crafted to offer the perfect blend of elegance and modern living. Built from locally sourced stone, each residence is designed to complement the stunning natural landscape while providing exceptional, high-end living spaces.

Inside, every detail speaks to luxury, from the bespoke integrated kitchens to the high-spec appliances and expansive French or bi-fold doors that open onto private outdoor areas – perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living. We were thrilled to contribute to this project by creating comprehensive technical design packs that helped bring these dream homes to life. Construction is now underway, and the vision is becoming a reality!
