Plough Maltings is a landmark regeneration project transforming a historic brewery building in Burton upon Trent into a high-quality residential development. Once a key part of the town’s brewing heritage, the long-vacant site has been reimagined to provide 32 bespoke apartments, blending industrial charm with modern living.
